Perform a pre-trip inspection and travel with peace of mind. Pull away from your home or campsite knowing your RV is in good working order, and everything is secure for the journey.

- Check the condition of the windshield wiper blades
- Top up the windshield washer fluid

- Raise the stabilizing jacks
- Check the battery
Connections and hoses
Make sure the hookup connections are secure with pins in place and safety chains attached, and that the sewer, water and power connections are disconnected and stowed.
The walk-around
- Windows, vents and antennas all closed or lowered
- Slide-outs in and secured
- Awnings locked
- Gear stored
- Doors closed and locked
- No fluid leaking underneath
- Entry steps retracted
Interior checks
Close every door, cabinet and drawer, shut the windows and vents, stabilise the contents of the refrigerator, turn off the lights you don’t need, clear the counters, switch off the water pump, check your supplies, secure anything loose, and turn off the appliances.
